Richard Mille RM 65-01 Split-Seconds Chronograph in Light Blue Quartz TPT and Dark Yellow Quartz TPT
Richard Mille presents the RM 65-01 Automatic Split-Seconds Chronograph Light Blue Quartz TPT and the RM 65-01 Automatic Split-Seconds Chronograph Dark Yellow Quartz TPT, two new additions to its high-frequency split-seconds chronographs. Richard Mille RM 65-01 Split-Seconds Pastek
The first, with a light blue quartz TPT case, will join the collection. The second, a limited edition, is in dark yellow quartz TPT.
Measuring 44.50 x 49.94 x 16.10 mm and water-resistant to 50 m/165 ft, the watch’s three-part case encloses a skeletonized dial that uses bright colors to enhance readability despite the numerous indications.
Each color on the dial is associated with a function, improving legibility. Push-buttons and crown share this color code.
The bezel, case middle and case back are made of Quartz TPT, a material developed by NTPT (North Thin Ply Technology), a composite material made of multiple layers of silica fibres, impregnated with a resin developed exclusively for Richard Mille and heated to 120° at 6 bar. The result is not only beautiful but also exceptionally durable. replica watches review
The large crown is made of micro-blasted, polished and satin-finished grade 5 titanium, while the chronograph pushers surround it, also in polished and satin-finished grade 5 titanium.
The dial, with the RM 65-01 inscription on the side of the case, also uses the same material and finish. The quick-winding pusher at 8 o'clock is available in red or blue Quartz TPT.
Fully winding the watch with 125 pushes ensures a power reserve of 60 hours (without the chronograph running). This practical and "fun" function is particularly challenging due to its high torque transmission. During the aging tests, the function was activated thousands of times. replica Breitling Watches
The RMAC4 movement is equipped with a six-column wheel, a high-frequency balance with variable inertia, vibrates 36,000 times per hour, and the stopwatch calculates to 1/10 second.
The function selector on the crown enables the wearer to quickly switch from the traditional winding mode (W) to the semi-instantaneous date (D) or hours and minutes (H).
The RM 65-01 uses a variable geometry to optimize the winding movement of the rotor. By adjusting the 3-position weight, the inertia of the rotor can be adjusted to speed up the winding process when the arm is in leisurely movement, or slow down the winding speed when exercising.
The new watch adds red gold, titanium, gray quartz TPT and carbon TPT to other versions of the RM 65-01.
