Jacob & Co. Exclusive Black Titanium Astronomia Solar Zodiac Tourbillon Watch
The Jacobs company's approach to creating luxury handcrafted timepieces is to think outside the box, which continues to connect the watch industry with the rest of the world. Jacob & Co. came up with this world and released the new Astronomia Solar Zodiac. The sleek brushed look of the case is derived from the DLC treatment of the 44mm titanium case, which completely changes the look of the traditional Astronomia. This piece encompasses the entire solar system as it rotates around the dial of the painted Milky Way using the in-house hand-wound JCAM19 movement. The seven planets are represented by semi-precious hemispheres: white granite for Mercury, rhodonite for Venus, red jasper for Mars, petite for Jupiter, tiger's eye for Saturn, blue calcite for Saturn, and lapis lazuli for Neptune. The time display displayed via the Zodiac symbolic platform is driven using an infinitesimal differential system, allowing timekeeping to be timed in a perfectly legible manner. The large blue alligator strap and black PVD titanium deployment buckle contrast the Astronomia's dark exterior. Jacob & Co. has once again pushed the limits of watchmaking with the Astronomia Solar Zodiac Black.

A new watchmaking marvel from Jacob & Co: the Astronomia Solar
The brilliant watchmakers of Jacob & Co. have shown Earth in the solar system in an incredible new way in the form of the spectacular Astronomia Solar watch. For the first time the brand has recreated all eight planets orbiting the sun on a dial. Mesmerizing, the hand-engraved Earth rotates on its axis every 60 seconds, and the dial completes a revolution in 10 minutes, as if flying Tourbillon and hours and minute dial.
It's a beautiful sight to say the least, and if you look closely, you'll be fascinated by the inner workings of this amazing timepiece. The hand-wound JCAM19 caliber designed specifically for the Astronomia Solar is faster than all other mechanisms in Jacob & Co's Astronomia collection, despite being smaller and more complex. Since it rotates 360° clockwise in 10 minutes, while the aventurine base moves in the opposite direction at the same speed, it gives you the impression of zero gravity, accelerating viewing of the solar system.
The 18kt rose gold 44.5mm case on display, complemented by a sapphire crystal case and a beautiful domed AR coated sapphire top face crystal, this watch instantly looks cooler. This incredible timepiece is capable of withstanding waters down to 30 meters and its movement's 43 jewels will also impress you, an incredible sight to behold, while the 48-hour power reserve allows the owner to rest occasionally a bit.
The black alligator strap with the 18kt rose gold deployant clasp provides a panoramic view, allowing me to forget about everything else and lose myself in the daydream of this extraordinary timepiece.
