Nissan GT-R Limited Series BRM
Of course, the Nissan GT-R comes standard with a stopwatch, integrated into the multifunction screen on the instrument panel. It helps you time your races precisely on the track... However, super sports cars and watchmaking are two fields with similarities and close connections. Christmas is coming... Nissan and French watchmaker BRM are launching the limited edition Nissan GT-R BRM Series. Only five units will be made in France, not one less.
In 2017, the Nissan GT-R received its most significant upgrade since its launch. These changes include the exterior design and a significantly improved interior. In addition, performance has been improved thanks to a reinforced chassis and a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 engine, whose output has been increased to 570 horsepower (600 horsepower in the Nismo version). In addition, the materials of Nissan's super sports car have been significantly improved.

As far as super sports cars are concerned, the Nissan GT-R has been a commercial success: 50 Nissan GT-Rs have been registered in France since the beginning of 2017. This brings the number of GT-Rs in circulation in France to approximately 715.
To celebrate the end of the year and further consolidate its position as the most accessible super sports car, Nissan is launching the limited edition GT-R BRM in France, with only five units available worldwide. Customers can choose between the two trim levels of the Black Edition or the Gentleman Edition, which form the core range of Nissan GT-Rs. This limited edition is also available in all body colours.
Each of the five Nissan GT-R BRMs will be easily identifiable with a stainless steel nameplate, manufactured, numbered and engraved by BRM and fixed to the carbon fibre centre console of the Nissan GT-R. To top it off, each will be fitted with a BRM chronograph custom-made by the manufacturer. The dial background will be printed with the GT-R logo, and the chassis number and limited edition number will be engraved on the rotor on the back of the chronograph. Several elements of each chronograph – including the strap stitching and hands – will match the colour of the super sports car ordered by the customer.
Luxury watch manufacturer BRM (Bernard Richards Manufacture) is a French company founded in 2003 by motorsport enthusiast Bernard Richards. BRM produces around 2,000 chronographs per year in the Ile-de-France region. This is not the first collaboration between BRM and Nissan: back in 2011, BRM launched a watch in the colors of the Nissan GT-R.
