Similar to the Defy Extreme x Carl Cox, but with a reverse finish, the robust 45mm case, 15.4mm thick, and with a lug spacing of 51mm, features a mirror-polished steel case and contrasting micro-blasted gold accents that stand out on the dodecagonal bezel and the chronograph pusher covers flanking the screw-down crown. These features ensure water resistance to 200 meters.

The highlight of this timepiece is the vibrant blue lapis lazuli set on the dial. Randomly distributed golden pyrite within the lapis lazuli makes each dial unique. Three lapis lazuli chronograph subdials are positioned above the skeletonized movement: a small seconds subdial at 9 o'clock, a 30-minute subdial at 3 o'clock, and a 60-second subdial at 6 o'clock. A fourth subdial at 12 o'clock displays the linear power reserve. Echoing the vibrant blue lapis lazuli, the 1/100th-second chronograph markers are also blue.
