Richard Mille Extra-Flat replica watches

Richard Mille Extra-Flat refers to Richard Mille's ultra-thin watch series. This series is highly recognizable in the high-end watchmaking field due to its extremely thin movement construction, innovative material usage, and unique design. It includes models that continue classic designs as well as new products incorporating modern technology. Below are some representative models:

RM 033 This is Richard Mille's first ultra-thin automatic watch, a milestone in the brand's ultra-thin series. It features the RMXP1 skeletonized automatic movement, only 2.60 mm thick. This ultra-thin design allows the total case thickness to be controlled at 6.30 mm, ensuring a comfortable fit on the wrist. The movement uses Grade 5 titanium alloy for the baseplate and bridges. The baseplate is treated with Titalyt®, and the bridges have a black PVD coating, balancing rigidity and flatness to ensure stable operation of the gear train. The off-center, solid platinum micro-rotor features a unidirectional winding design, saving space while ensuring efficient winding. The movement boasts a power reserve of approximately 45 hours and includes hour and minute hands. Its round case design also distinguishes it from many of the brand's classic tonneau-shaped models, offering a more minimalist and elegant style.

The RM 016, the brand's first ultra-thin rectangular watch, was launched in 2007, marking the beginning of Richard Mille's ultra-thin rectangular case series. The watch is powered by the RM AS 7 skeletonized automatic movement, featuring the brand's exclusive variable geometry rotor that optimizes the winding mechanism according to the wearer's lifestyle. The RM 016 Titalyt® version, launched in 2009, is particularly noteworthy. Its case is made of Grade 5 titanium alloy treated with Titalyt® plasma oxidation, a process that meets aerospace standards and significantly enhances the case's hardness, scratch resistance, and corrosion resistance. The three main components of the case—the bezel, case back, and bracelet—require 202 independent mechanical processes, fully demonstrating its complex manufacturing process.

The RM 017 is the first rectangular tourbillon watch in the brand's ultra-thin series. It continues the rectangular case design of the RM 016, with a movement thickness of only 4.65 mm, making it one of the thinnest tourbillon movements in the industry at the time. The overall dimensions are 49.80 mm × 38.00 mm × 8.70 mm, maintaining a comfortable, wrist-hugging design. Its manual-winding ultra-thin tourbillon movement features hour and minute hands, power reserve indicators, and function indicators, with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. A unique feature is its function indicator system, inspired by automotive gearboxes, which displays the crown's winding, neutral, and time-setting positions. It also incorporates a safety system with locking gears to prevent damage to the movement from over-winding. The case and movement plates are all crafted from Grade 5 titanium alloy, undergoing multiple rounds of strength testing to ensure performance.

RM 16 - 02 Automatic Extraflat
This watch is a modern reissue and upgrade of the RM 016, incorporating contemporary design elements. The case is 10% smaller than the original, measuring 36 mm × 45.64 mm × 9.50 mm, offering a more agile look. It houses the CRMA9 automatic movement, crafted from Grade 5 titanium alloy. The skeletonized design with 67 beveled openings reduces weight while clearly showcasing the internal mechanical structure. The bidirectional platinum rotor with ceramic ball bearings ensures efficient winding and a 50-hour power reserve. The case is available in two distinctive material versions: one is Grade 5 titanium alloy with polished bevels and a satin finish, and the other is terracotta-colored TPT® quartz with a cream-colored TPT® quartz bezel. These unique materials are created through advanced layering and curing processes, resulting in a visually striking design.
