Whenever Urwerk concludes a timepiece collection, they always do so in a special way. In the past, we've witnessed some stunning farewells, such as the UR-10 SpaceMeter Blue, the UR-230 Black Star, and the excellent UR-220 RG. Today, we also bid farewell to one of Urwerk's coolest space-themed series—the UR-120. Originally launched in 2022 in monochrome titanium and stainless steel, the series was followed a year later by the UR-120 Space Black. This final edition not only changes the color scheme but also adds gold accents to key elements. Let's pay tribute to the Urwerk UR-120 Blue Planet, and say goodbye to it.
Conceptually, this new "Blue Planet" special edition UR-120 fake luxury watches retains its core design and functions. It still features the unique 47mm x 44mm case, but in sandblasted stainless steel with a blue PVD coating. This might seem surprising, as Urwerk almost always uses titanium, but the stainless steel provides a uniform base for the coating, resulting in a seamless finish. Furthermore, the crystal, the strap connection, and the crown at 12 o'clock with its gold-hinged rotating crown cover are also retained.
Initially, the UR-120 adopted Urwerk's acclaimed satellite display function, dividing the hour markers in two for added complexity. To maximize this design, the chronograph indicators of the UR-120 Blue Planet watch feature a blue finish, while key functional components are plated with 24K gold. This striking contrast gives the UR-120 a new dimension. The time itself is indicated by a series of small squares that split, rotate, and recombine in an hourly cycle, moving along an arc-shaped minute scale. All scales are, of course, luminescent.
The UR-120 Blue Planet fake swiss watches is powered by the brand's in-house UR-20.01 automatic movement, equipped with a unique Windfänger propeller-regulated rotor. This movement vibrates at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offers a 48-hour power reserve on a full charge. Although not shown in the images, you can likely glimpse the movement's operation through the similar domed sapphire crystal to the previous two watches.
