Earlier this year, BRM revealed that it would become the official timing partner of the UIM F1H2O World Championship. The French watchmaker has been synonymous with the world of motorsports for many years and will leave its name on the qualifying grid for the Grand Prix, where drivers will compete for the BRM pole position. Starting with the 44mm size, there are two brown PVD-coated stainless steel models available, with either a blue leather strap with white contrast stitching or a blue Hypalon strap with double white stitching. Its dark blue dial combines red and white elements. There are also two black PVD options on the blue dial, paired with vibrant orange elements, and a choice between a white or dark blue Hypalon strap with double rows of orange contrast stitching. Two other black PVD-coated cases are also available, one with a white Hypalon strap with red and blue striped contrast stitching, and one with a dark blue Hypalon strap with red and white contrast stitching.
All 44mm models have cases crafted from a single piece of machined stainless steel and feature a screw-down crown at 4 o'clock with a matching PVD-coated finish. Each model features a white lacquer band around the middle case, and each model features a sapphire crystal on the top and back. The scratch-resistant and anti-reflective material allows for a clear view of the dial and movement, depending on whether you're viewing the review replica watches from the front or back. The models with red accents feature a red band around the screw-down crown at 4 o'clock, while the models with orange accents feature a coordinating orange accent on the crown.
In the 34mm range, you can choose between a black PVD-coated strap with red and white accents, and a white Hypalon strap with blue and red contrast stitching. Finally, two white dial options are available, paired with a white Hypalon strap with orange and blue contrast stitching that matches the dial elements and the colorful lacquer strip that runs through the middle of the case. These models forgo the PVD coating, giving the design a decidedly sporty edge. These models all have a diameter of 34mm and, like the larger models, all have 100m water resistance.
The new BRM Boat Master BM6 (44 mm model) and BM2 (34 mm model) also feature housing rings mounted on shock absorbers that have been integrated with the patented Fortal HR technology and are powered by the ETA 2842-2 movement. The engine offers a 38-hour power reserve and beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour. It also contains 27 jewels, which are displayed through the sapphire-backed case.
